Easiest thing to do is call the dealership and find out.  If they are the same length the parts numbers will be the same.

A new cable runs about $80 and it really isn't worth pulling a used one off, since you don't know how long it will last.

I just purchased a new front cable for my truck, I got the part number from here: http://www.toyodiy.com/ and used that to search for it on an online dealer, it was about $80 shipped to my door.

Punching my X-cab vins into TOYODIY site there are two different numbers for 46410 CABLE ASSY, PARKING BRAKE, NO.1. Both trucks come up as 4-Runners, 90's vin and the '91's vin.  If you have a Std. cab see what numbers come up for it.

Looking under my '90 the front section(coated) mounts about the middle of the passenger door, but the steel cable runs all the way to the rear section.  The standard cab front section(from the mount to the rear) may likely be to short to use on an X-cab w/o lengthening the section.  However, the perspective buyer should be able to use exposed cable his first section to extend the one from your std cab, w/o running into problems w/the mount.
