i got a resonse from the seller and the 4.3 swap has not been refed and apparently he drives it every day and he wheeled it in current state through fordyce and the con

 :pokinit: build, not even worth $10.  With the way the rear lift has been engineered, I wouldn't trust anything else he did to the truck.
