Steel prices

For anyone who dose not have a good source for buying steel (like here in Elko Nv). I came across this place online, I bought 5 sticks of  DOM 1 3/4 .120 wall for 101.00 a stick and $107.00 in shipping. Even with shipping it was $300.00 less then here in town.

I just checked a place, discountsteel.com they sell it for 88.50 for 204 inches..

I checked there they wanted over 350.00 to ship. Even called to make sure that was the right price.

I have had luck with letting my local steel yard what they are against and they come down.  But in Elko NV there might not bee much competition.  Do you know Halton or Glidden forgot first names. I was in the Marines with them in the early 90s and they live there.
