Had some fun today in the mud today.  Went up to the local off road park.  Lots of broken and stuck trucks.

My little truck does so well in the mud I have a blast.  Can tell what color it is anymore.  And my engine bay is just as bad.  I crossed a river, it was deep, came close to drowning it. But my homemade intake kept the water out.  Water was above the hood at one point.

It was great until I busted a bead, hit a boulder under the mud and POW!  Was hauling in 2wd.  9 psi  :smack: Oh well, put the spare on and kept wheelin.  I would have reseated it but there was mud inside the tire.  So monday I'll take it to the tire shop.  Should be covered under road hazard  :thumbs:

I pulled out a 3/4 crewcab chevy.  It was lifted with 35's.  He buried it.

My buddy's Tacoma
- puntured a rear tire
- fried the alternator

Made it the 50 miles home on just the battery (after dark).  He just passed the 36,000 mile mark.  So he's out of warranty.  By just 50 miles or so.

Saw a guy wreck his quad showing off in the parking lot.  He was sliding it around doing wheelies and doughnuts.  Then he hit the dumpster.  :slap:  Wrecked his pretty little quad.  I bet he though he was really cool up until his head hit dumpster.

Anyway, enjoyed the day off.

Sorry, busy driving no photos taken.   :dunno:  Best I could do is a shot of the truck outside my house or my tire.
