no but since I went to UTI I can just go back as an Alumni and have someone fix it for me that is taking the collision classes, although I may not have to if I follow through with a roof someone has that is in great shape, I can replace the whole roof, as well as A & B pillars!!!

yeh if your making it a wheeler than patch it with sheet metal and grind down the extra, then add some bondo  and try to smooth the rest out. and then sand it with a da. sander.   then primer and then paint.     once it's muddy and dirty it won't been seen.   and who cares if it don't leak and it's a wheeler.   :eye: :eye:
i love oregon wheelin.

I've been reading around the stolen and theft forum and have noticed that alot of theft is around or near, Sacramento, redding..... etc.....that area, and had my old truck stolen as well, so I've decided, the first thing that i' gong to do even before I start my build up or even get it running is, get it prolocked, and viper alarmed, etc.... possibly a removable steering wheel!!! anything to prevent it from happening AGAIN.

Haven't gotten anywhere with the truck, I've been to lazy and am trying to find another job while still working at my current one!!, I've pretty much come down to one head bolt that won't budge and now it is pretty much rounded off......I think my only other option is to grind it off and twist it out with vise grips or something. :(

Well it looks like the apartment complex I live in has finally caught on, this morning my truck had a sticker on the window this saying it has to be moved because I am violating the lease by having an unregistered vehicle on the premises. I have no where else to put it so I guess it's getting towed!!!!

I got an idea to solve this problem. I'm just going to park it on the street. It can't get towed then.

Wow, thats how i got my 88 runner, and the same price. Girl lived in an aparment and they were going to tow it for not being registered, she couldn't reg. it so she sold it for 600. had blown head gasket but ran fine. Its currently is in the middle of a sas. And i think the cops will tow it on the street.

thats cool well actually not the street but in a residential area in front of a friends house, the worst they could do it just put another sticker on it, they couldn't just tow it could they???

I think they have to give you some sort of warning.  I know there is a house by mine that the guy always parked unregistered vehicles on the street.  They always mark his car and he just moves it to a different street corner...

Yes it's for sale on Craigslist in Sacramento but due to the amount of calls I've been getting the price is slowly rising!
