I will give you $100 for the front housing, rear housing, and rear shafts. Its a bit of a drive but I can pick up.

no sorry, I have a L45 4 speed that is in good condition, and can be upgraded to 5 speed very easily.

Its a standard 4WD bench, grey cloth, really nice condition. Has the cutout for 4WD shifter
