I've been giving some major thought to dual transmissions..

Ok, I am seriously considering doing dual transmissions on my rig. I have been toying with the idea of have 50 forward gears and being able to really gear down if needed. Just think how cool it would be to be able to run an R150F with the off shore gear set into another R150F into gear drive t-case(factory gears). 5.15 > 3.83 > 2.28 How pimp is that!! You could put the rear transmission in 4th and you would have a normally operating transmission 1:1 ratio. I've seen some others posting on this idea so I just want to throw my ideas out there too. The only thing I haven't quite figured out is the splines from front to back. I think that the input is 21 and out is 23. I could have one machined locally no problem( I know some people who work in machine shops). BTW I know my way around the guts of a transmission in case you were wondering.
