1980 electrical help

I was wheeling at night and I noticed my interior lights flicker a few times. I was
on a trail and was driveing hit a pretty good bump and they whent out along with all my running lights interior lights and brake  lights please any help       :dunno:

check the fuses,  make sure your grounds are all grounded

batt- fender -frame-engine  and firewall to back of head

loose battery cables? corroded?

I've checked the major grounds, battery cables are good.  My headlights have always worked just not these.  I used a voltmeter on the fusebox and neither side was getting power on the fuse named Tail.  I don't have any clue.
