94 stuck in 4 low, any idea how to fix

i have a 94 i sas'ed 5.29,mtr 37s, arb air lockers f and r,i have dual cases and its stuck in 4 low has any one else had this problem? any ideas on how to fix it :hammerhead:

Pull the shifter out and reinstall.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

first try back up till it unbinds than pull and check the shifter

do u have twin sticks?
