Exo's are ghey and unless you are going to take the time and spend the money to actually make it strong and tie it in through the body to the frame you are wasting your money.

Hydro assist, a sawzall and longfields, the rest is just details..
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Take the time to do the exo the right way now. Once it's done you will be greatful you have body protection. I know I wish I did.

If you only want to run 40's why are you talking about a lift kit?  That's easy to do with no lift or if you'd like more uptravel a off the shelf drop hanger and a touch longer shackles will provide all the lift you need.

Trash for some reason I have no doubt that you can fit 40s with no lift but I would like to drive it on the streets sometimes

Hmm you need to pay attention to $300 in the near future then...  I'm on 44's with effectively no suspension lift and it only had 3/4" body lift.  With the new body comes a bit of suspension tweaking and street legalishness so I can drive it on the street again.  It can be done if you are willing to do the work necessary.

Spend the money on duals while you can afford it.  That gets the driveline mods etc out of the way up front.  You can always add 4.7's, twin stick etc later and not have to modify anything.  The diffs are the same deal, you can do them later for less money. :D
