Deadliest Catch producer films Rubicon

California TV Show "Experience El Dorado" features 4x4 on the Rubicon Trail.

The much anticipated Rubicon Trail Episode will broadcast December 6th, 2009. This episode brought the crew of Experience El Dorado on a three day trek over the historic Rubicon Trail in El Dorado National Forest. We joined legendary 4x4 pioneer, Mark A. Smith and Jeep Jamboree USA for this trip. This entire episode will be dedicated to the many 4-wheeling opportunities that exist on the Rubicon Trail. The 'Deadliest Catch' series has been well done (and very popular).... I have high expectations for the Rubicon show. The positive PR should be great for off-roading, helping to educate the general public and maybe change some negative opinions out there.   :thumbs:

I went to the Experience ElDorado site and it looks like only on the channels listed.  Sacramento and San Diego channel 10.  And on the website.

Ah, that's too bad, gonna really limit the viewing audience. There would be soooooo much more impact if Discovery (or another major channel) aired it.

Maybe next year this will be bigger or on discovery. Todd is starting up this new venture right here in El Dorado County. The commercial Marlin will air on this show was shot Tuesday at Loon Lake. I did a thread for that too.

Looking forward to Todd's success and more good publicity for the OHV community and Rubicon!!

Of course I am looking forward to more success for Marlin and crew! This commercial will then be able to be played where MC wants. Speed channel or wherever.
