I have a 3.0 V6 with Downey headers the stainless steel flex pipe that go's from the front hole in the header to the EGR valve broke, :yikes: anyone know of a replacement or have any ideas?

Have a competent machine shop weld it back on  :dunno:

X2, it should run you about $15-25 to have a shop weld it up, maybe a little more.

W/Downey out of business, it isn't likely you will find a bolt-on replacement connector.

If for some reason the shop can't weld the tube back together, you could probably make one out of some copper tube and re-use the the nuts from the Downey part, the flex isn't necessary for operation, it just makes the install easier.  Summit Racing or Jegs might have some metal flex tube small enough to work as well.
