if you go ahead and make a support for the roof of some kind.  make sure the floor has some kind of strength to it. :biggthumpup:

Thank GOODNESS - the floor is good, PLUS, it's sitting right in the bed of the truck, so if something were to go through the door, it'd only go as far as the truck - about 1.5" LOL.

I got the old insulation out and tore off the roof panels and some of the sides. 



FFC's dad was there to give a hand



here is the old patch and the new patch is cut out and screwed and glued in





new insulation going in and bed is in too





my daughter hard at work changing the door knobs and locks.  her job was to change those and the take the stuff off the window

all done with the wood cut back, the old rot wood out, and new insulation and new wood is in. 



new panel around the window was a b @$#%!!!



the top panel going to the window panel was tough too



im up in the camper sleeper trying to get the 2 panels lined up and hit the cross board
