Sky offroad offers a kit, it uses GM calipers. I have it on my rig and they do a good job stopping it.

I have the Sky kit, and would suggest going a different route.  I might buy his rotors, since they are already machined, and maybe the brackets, but stay away from the brake line kit he offers.  #1, they are too short for the IFS rear axle, (which by the way is 3" wider then the front) #2 you will have to route them under the springs if your truck is leaf sprung, which makes them drag and catch on stuff. #3 they are AN, so you need adapters and stuff and its a pain in the arse.
I definately suggest using the GM calipers, they are perfect for this application.  Dont use anything bigger, because it is un neccesary.  Some people use front Toyota calipers, which is just pointless.  My truck stops on a dime with the GM metrics.  Plus they are like 17.00 bucks apiece at napa.  If you need a list of what cars they came off of, I have one saved on my computer.
Also make sure you put in a proportioning valve and take out the factory one if your truck sees alot of pavement
