where can i get some of that purple stuff used on the clean up?  I would like to carry some with me in case of any spills.

They used to sell it in the GOOR Kits, but unfortunately it is no longer available. (we are working on a retail version...stay tuned)

For small spills, use a 10-1 dilution of simple green concentrate, a small scrub brush, and rinse it with water then blot it up with the spill kit pad or paper towels. If it is in a spot where it's more soil than rock scoop up the soil with a shovel and put it in a heavy weight trash bag with the used absorbent pad (or paper towels).

There is an oil spill drop in the beige building next to the Loon Lake Kiosk where you can deposit the bag with soil and absorbent pad/paper towels. We are installing one at Wentworth Springs Camp ground on 9/26.

No problem  I was going that way 
then I was towing Brockbuilt back out thru gate keeper when we ran into him again and had to pull him out and then turn around and pull Brockbuilt outa the gatekeeper and by that time I was spent so we crashed and camped the rest of the weekend

Okay here is my contribution to the picture thread.

I was riding in Thomas's truck so most of the pics i had where of his rig but i did get some of others too!








(walked right up the soup bowl without a problem)















Then heres the group of good people we where with for a while.  These three rigs drove down from canada for MCR and wheeled the WHOLE TRAIL.  Let me say, really good drivers, and really good people!







I have soo many more but i don't wanna Hog the thread anymore than with those.

It was a really fun weekend..  Really good people where there, glad to have met everyone!  
Thanks for throwing the event Marlin and everyone else associated with it!

Thanks to Darrel and pat I was pulled out of a tight spot.  I didnt get many pics since I was pretty much running solo the whole trail.  Towards the end on the down hill before the springs I got to watch darrel and his beast of a ford bronco with 47s run over rocks bigger then my truck.  Yes darrel picking on you is well turned out to be pretty fun.  btw darrel is 12volt guy which was funny since I didnt know that till we were doing the raffle. 
Anyhow I am pretty damn sore since working that trail on 31s and keeping my truck in one piece was a chore.  Got a few dings and scrapes but overall the only damage I am worried bout is the rear drive line.   I am in Tahoe still at my folks place debating if I should pull the rear drive line and try make it home on the front or not.  Its dinged in 3 spots.  Damn those rocks !!!!!!!!!   

BTW Darrel is a crazy sucker !!! he basically jumped his bronco off some big rocks.

i didn't get too many pics, but i have around 300 min of film i need to go through.  kinda nice i actually made it home in the daylight this year.  made it back out to loon by 12:30 and home by 4.  i used less than 10 gallons of propane to go in the the springs and back out to loon.  best part is i have tomorrow off and i am already all unpacked and the truck is back in the garage

last year i got home at 4 am, the year before 5am, and the year before that 6 am.  thats why i started taking monday off instead of calling in sick, so i am gonna be a bum tomorrow

damn that sucks. the second picture you posted, that 2nd gen runner is real nice. i kept seeing it throughout the weekend. when we were loading up onto the trailer they were to and heading out.
