Cant Find Spare Tire Carrier Thread (Tailgate)

A while ago i saw a build up thread on how to make a spare tire carrier that replaces your tailgate and it was a swing style carrier mounted on an angle.  It was on a brown first gen pickup.  onyone have this saved or bookmarked?  I cant find it now.
