All submissions must be made by August 31st, 11:59PM PST.
The top 5 albums and the top 5 videos will be chosen by 4 Wheel Parts by September 15th. These albums and videos will be posted on the 4 Wheel Parts fan page where fans can vote for their favorites. The photo album and video with the most votes will win the $1000 promo card. The winners will be announced on October 31st, 2009
