Does anybody out there know if this is possible, I wondering if the cab mounts will line up and what the wheel bases are.

its possible, you will need to move some mounts, they are identical from the b pillar forward

The Runners are made on the short wheel base frame, which is about 9-10" shorter between the axles(front-rear) than the long wheel base frames.  you will need to section the X-cab frame in order for the Runners rear fender to line up over the axles.  Of course you could always stretch the Runner, and have an actual back seat w/leg room, not to mention a one-off rig

^^Not the end result anyone should be looking for.  With a lot of body work you could make it look right, but it would be cheaper/quicker to cut the frame.
