Intake manifold to match big bore throttle body
« on: Oct 20, 2004, 12:42:21 PM »
Guys, I saw somewhere that someone was making intake manifolds to match the oversized throttle bodies, like those from LC Engineering. I am not finding anything using "search". Who was offering these?

I'm sorry, I can't remember the name...some Canadian company. You might try a search over at the ORC board. I think it was $200 ('merican money) plus maybe a little extra for the UPS guy.

Just use a drimmel with a carbide bit and have a steady hand. I've ported many manifolds starting with a die grinder and then finishing up with a drimmel.
