This is just a feeler right now, but how much would you pay for this motor:

'84 22R
5000 miles on full rebuild
.20 over
stock cam
CA smog legal LCE header and complete exhaust
radiator
all hoses belts and wires
fuel tank

The motor runs great, better than it ever has. You could come and drive it and see for yourself before it's pulled. It's got a little oil leak towards the back and would need the carb tuned to pass smog in CA.

The only reason i'm thinking of selling it is to do a motor swap.

Located in central CA, about 40 minutes south of Fresno. As for price i'm asking you, but i'll just put $550 to appease the mods.

Thanks for your input.

Did you do the rebuild? Or have a shop do it? Any reciepts? I may be interested depending on the rebuild history.

How did it feel after the rebuild? Did you feel like you had a little more pulling power? I'm still debating on switching mine out. I have an 83. Maybe I could come and take a look at it?
