By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza. The "presidential determination" which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.

Few on Capitol Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their loving support of the Islamic Rerwhelmsistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

A review of Barack Obama's most recent actions since he was inaugurated a little more than two weeks ago:

His first call to any head of state as president was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.

His first one-on-one interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television.

He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.

He ordered all overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.

He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and 9/11.

Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to and live in the US at American taxpayer expense.

With the economy the way it is & unemployment on the raise, he's bringing more here to do what, live off the taxes I pay every year? Then those people bring their elderly & sponge dry my SSI & they don't even have to pay into it to collect it!

Just a general comment. I was referring to the accusations of him being muslim, him denying it, and then slipping up and stating "my muslim faith, er em, my christian faith..." Then he takes a number of steps to immediately support islamic matters. I'm not saying that post 9/11 all muslims must be evil, but his actions are attacks against our foundation, not just gestures of good intentions and hope for change. Perhaps he doesn't understand the mindset of the people he's catering to, or then again, maybe he does!

I'll ask my question another way... who cares enough to do anything about it?

It would be really interesting if somebody (who has more time than I do) would sit down and research how much of our money he's spent already, how much he's committed to spend, and some of his secret little "executive orders" that inadvertently slip past the liberal (I mean overworked) media.

As White Trash said, it's THEIR fault. Most of us on the board are well read, and can think for ourselves. The only problem is that its the electoral college that elected that fool, not us. Although, I'm sure the fervor of the sheeple certainly influenced their votes.

The electoral college votes are based the populous votes from each state, not the populous votes of the nation.  This is why in '2000 GW won and Gore, even though Gore had more votes nationwide.  Originally the population was never supposed to vote for President, only their House of Representatives representative, the Senators were to be nominated/elected by the state Legislature, or appointed by the Governor.  The U.S. Senate was supposed to nominate individuals for Pres, and then the House and Senate were to vote, winner was Pres, runner-up was VP.  The founding Fathers believed that the vote for President was to important of a position to be left to the common man, and after the last election(as well as others) I often believe they were right.  IIRC, it was Jefferson who first took to campaigning to the common man, not so much as a direct vote of the people, but for the common man to influence the vote of their Representative.

As to who is to blame for Obama, everyone that voted for him, the Press for not vetting his skeletons, straight  up voter fraud(Acorn, as well as polling stations allowing unregistered voters to vote) , and the Republican party leadership who were afraid of being labeled Racists if they questioned Obama's record, leadership experience, ethics, etc.  The campaign adds based on what Obama said verbally/physically(not wearing the Flag on his lapel, or were he holds his hand during the Pledge/National anthem), all but wrote themselves and would have made the Swift Boat adds look tame in comparison.

Fortunately the economy should still be on the slides by next fall, the Dems in the House and Senate wont have anything to stand on and should be ousted, the recovery will likely be slow and come '12 Obama will be ousted due to the poor economy just as Bush Sr was in '92.  It will be fitting to use the Dems slogan from '92 "It is the economy Stupid" against them in the  next to elections.

Of course we still have the issue of Obama's eligibility by birth to hold the office of President, unfortunately the issue is still being batted around the Fed. Courts, and the Press refuses to investigate it.  Funny how the national Press will jump religious statue crying blood, or the image of Mary in a piece of toast but wont even approach Obama's birth issue, even though the suits filed have been by inner party Democrats.
