79 toyota wit 350 v8 swap

just got this truck n dont know what to do with it. sell/trade/build? its a great project but maybe to much for me. any ideas?

Stock axles? What transmission does it have? Are there any smog restrictions that affect this truck where you live?

stock axles 410 n 411 i was told. solid front. 350/350 w/ the bowtie fulltime transfer case. prior owner removed the gear, truck has lockouts. toy shafts cut n welded. factory chevy exhaust 2 into 1 wit cat n all. 650edelbrock ? contender intake.

the body is great. im guessing about 6" of lift. 3 n 3. has som minor wiring problems. needs ujoints new driveshaft cut.(have one) and numerous odds n ends. truck is driveable as i drove it home on half flat dryrotted 35s. motor is tight w/ no leaks n low miles.
