Trunion cross reference  please.  Timkin, NSK, KOYO.  School me.   As soon as I got on Marlins site, all I got was the upgrade kits.

Yeah I spec'd them out 5 years ago and now I need new ones.  I'll just do it again.  I know I can get them from marlin (in a kit, thats not what I need).  I know the KOYO number, but I want them in Timkin, NSK or something more available.  I have the Timkin, and NSK spec. book, so I'll go from there.  I am trying to get my company discount through Motion Industries which is still cheaper than going to Toyota and getting our company discount (my company owns Toyota of Santa Cruz).

If I get the numbers then I'll post up.

Sweet, I did some measurments and I came up with NSK 30303 and they are on the way.  I also just got some coming from KOYO, with a little different roller angle, but same measurements, they are comming from Japan.  So I'll check em out ?

Oh crap, forgot that.  I believe its TR0305.  But don't quote me on that, cause my memory is real bad,  i'll look at the order today and report back tonight.  I also found a Timkin, with the right bore, and cone size, but the bearing height was a little different.  I'll post up my findings tonight.

TR0305A is the Koyo with a slightly different bearing angle.

I have a book that has all the dimensions of pretty much every bearing from each manufacturer.  It does help when trying to cross reference by dimension, or when building custom stuff.

I used the Koyo before and they lasted 7 years, so I'll do the KOYO and keep the NSK's as spares.  Notice the wide flange and taper on the KOYO.

I would like someone to post a pic of a Toyota purchased Koyo and see if its the same profile.

FYI for the non-bearing people.  There is also an SKF 30303 that has the same profile/demension as the NSK and the Timkin.  I think its an ISO 9001 so the dimensions for  a 30303 will be the same no matter the manufacturer.  If the 30303 is ISO then then cup and cone could be intechanged and you would not need match sets.
