The perfect day!
« on: Sep 26, 2004, 04:19:45 PM »
I had one of those Nirvana(not the band!) type wheeling trips today. I haven't been around the site or my own trucks much lately. I just haven't had many days where I can get off the friggin couch. I think I avoid the site because it's kinda like teasing a dog with a bone. I see all the stuff I wanna do and can't, so I froth at the mouth and try to bite someone. But today was a perfect day trip. 75 degrees, clear as a bell, but rain for the whole week before, so mud was that perfect sticky, ooozing consistency that looks so good covering your entire rig, inside and out. I'll post some pics when they're developed, dig cam is in the shop. I managed to completely cover my dash and instruments for the first time. Prettly darn cool!! Hope everyone is doing well.

I put the doors back on a month ago, just windows down and basically no sheetmetal left to block mud spray. :gap:   8)
