T-case help

I know i have a chevy not a toyota but my t-case is not shifting i took it apart and it looked just fine nothing broken nothing loose everything where it belongs but it wont move the input shaft but the 2 out put shafts work fine so here are the details of the rig and drive train its a 208 t case and a 700r4 trans motor is 5.7l (350) dana 44 front axle 12 bolt rear diff gears are factory front and rear any help will be nice thanks in advance.

no they are not bent every thing is real nice looking no missing teeth i just dont know what the hell happend

OK well i got the transfer case replaced but i still cant find nothing wrong with the old one but i found it to be a good thing so now i can have this one built with some lower gears so i can do some rock crawling fun with that big old beast well thanks for all the help and ideals
