38.5 TSL for sale or trade

i have 2 38.5 x 14.50 x 16.5 Swamper TSL
make an offer or will trade for something one is about 70% and the other is about 50% located in central CA will not ship but can deliver if it is not to far

are they on rims???? I'd buy one but 16.5" 6 luggers are rare

they are not on rims but i do have a set of black steel rims that are six lug 16.5 but i dont know if i want to sell them yet
