The reason that most people run the toy rears up front, is that the center pin is offset toward the front. It's about the same measurement as the stock front, but the longer leaf overall is more flexible. The Chevy springs center pin (IIRC) is more toward the center of the length of the leaf, plus, they do not have the military wrap on the second leaf. Most people will "hybrid" a leaf pack, mixing in other lengths and/or swapping leafs to gain lift and maintain flex.
It ain't worth doin' if you don't have to clean up afterwards!

i would think that they would be very stiff and not very flexable. they are made for a truck that is much more heavy than a toy. but who knows

Do you have the springs?  I'd imagine a lifted chevy spring will be to stiff for a flexy toy.  But I know one way for you to find out!   :D

I have Chevy 52"s up front and they are stiff as hell. I'm getting rid of them for 51" Toyota rears.

My friend and I put 52s on the rear of his Tacoma, it bolted right up and gave a great shackle angle BUT the center pin was way off. So we have to move the spring mount and shackle mount to get it to line up right. They were like 2" lift chevy springs too and it boosted his rear end up pretty good, but he put them on because he hauls a lot of dirt, rocks, and wood with his tacoma and now when loaded down it sits level instead of riding the bumpstops.

I found a set of 52" long leafs off a ford ranger in the boneyard. Ended up using the main and built a hybrid leaf pack. Inboarded the rear to match the front + 1 " ..Im running 2" steel block that I'm not to proud of, but they seem to work a heck of a lot better than the 63" chevys that I had before..Those things sucked!
