does the rear bumper have a hitch?  Will the step bars fit a 4runner (87)?

The rear bumper has a mount for the ball, but not a reciever.  I have never towed a trailer with it but I think it would work fine.  The step bars would probably fit the 4runner, but I can't tell you for sure.  They were bolted to the frame but could be adjusted and welded.
