Truck; 2004 Ford F-250 Powerstroke 6.0, XLT 4x4 Crew cab short bed w/ 70,000 mi. on the ticker, with new 285/75/16 BFG AT KO's, Line-X bed liner, CB, 6 disc changer, 12V outlet in bed, Husky floor mats, Leather interior $23,000.

Trailer; 2002 Keystone Sprinter 28' 5th wheel trailer hardly used (well under 10,000 mi) with 1 slide out; $12,000. 

I would like to buy a house in Woodland so I can live closer to my children (wife's calling it quits on me) and I need the $$$ for a down payment.
