swamper LTB 10.5x34
« on: Jan 05, 2009, 12:05:26 PM »
I want to put 10.50 X 34 swamper LTB's on my truck. I saw some pics of a white 1st GEN. with them. (can't find it)   I was wondering how these tires hold up.     any ideas???

Great tires for off road especially the mud but they wear really fast if they see a lot of pavement miles.

I put ~60 miles a day on mine for quite a while and did not notice bad wear.

My friend however has some 31" LTB's on a ranger with bad alignment problems and has worn the heck out of his.

your mileage may vary, as always :)

Yeah I have not run them myself but several of my friends ran them on V6 tacos and they seemed to only get about a year-year and half out of them but they saw at least 100 miles a day 5 days a week. they loved them offroad though.

so that would be 5x100=500x52= 26,000

so 26k-39k miles sounds ok to me. that equation doesnt include any time driven weekends at all. :dunno:
