X-over Arm for Toyota Axle 79-85.
« on: Dec 22, 2008, 05:19:40 PM »
I have a custom machined (not a name brand) toyota cross over arm for a straight axle yota. It leaves the tie rod in the stock position and allows for the drag link to go to the steering box on the driver's side. You will need to install an IFS steering box on your truck in order to make this work.

Asking 65.00 OBO plus shipping.  Located in Longview, Texas 75605.

I bought the truck with it on there, PO said it worked great.  I just wanted to go to Hi-steer, so I no longer need this.

Like Glen1978 said these have been around for quite awhile and are proven.  This one is very stout and well made.

They pretty stout, i have them on my truck.  the down side is your tie rod is in the stock position which can leave it open for damage, which is the reason i am needing to buy a new tie rod.  they work great and i haven't had any problems with mine no cracks or anything and i think mine are close to 5 or 6 years old at this point.  the only reson i would change them out would be to buy hysteer but i can't afford it so why change  them if they work.
