Well I started my truck this morning and it started a little slow but there was no jump required.

No the problem is if I jump it, it's fine then if I shut it off it might need jumped to start back up...but not every time.  I was running my lights and stereo last night so eventually that would kill the battery if the alternator wasn't working.

Battery but if you don't get it taken care of it's going to be battery AND alternator. That's pretty rough on the alternator to have to charge from dead every time it's started.
With it running you should have about 13.5 at 1500 RPM. If you do then the Alternator is probably fine.
