1995 toyota pickup Ohio

I have a 95 pickup in ohio Lookin to sell.  It needs work and i no longer have funds to do it.  As far as work it needs, Engine needs replaced/rebuilt  CV joints are bad. I have a big list of upgrades ive done i'll do my best to list them all with price i've got in it.
Marlin bumpers and side steps, cost about 800$
Dual cases with skidplate crossmember 5.1 in front case stock rear 1000$
5.29 gears front locker  rear open diff   1200$
35" mud tires  90% tread   500$
twin stick shifters 200$
warn 16.5 winch with synthetic winch rope  1400$
also has rollbar in bed and electric bucket seats from thunderbird tc
transmission is rebuilt
I have probably put 5000 miles on the truck in the three or four years i've had it  so everything should be in good condition  truck is lifted 3" suspension 3" body lift
Body has some dents and scratches but overall not bad.
I'd like to get  3500$  which is what i paid for it originally
