Can I get away with putting a 3" body lift? Suggestions welcome. What are the parts I need to lift the front sus? ie: springs, shackles, what about steering components.
Thanks
Remo
35's, 5.29's, rear soft locker, front true trak, 4" Pro Comp, 3" body lift.

Id try and stay away from the body lift, but you do have the easiest suspension to work with.  Just buy a set of springs from Marlin's, dropped draglink, longer shocks and go for it.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

No lift required, just a sawzall, a big hammer, and
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Rear springs in front with 2 in lift dog leg shackle 56 in chevies in rear with home made double shackle, you dont have to cut any mounts its all bolt in.  Flexs realy well clears 37s
jeeps are like poopie richard, every fa@*ot has one

It will work i put my 35/16/15 boggers on my 84 4runner today and they fit with no lift now it wont flex but with a body lift or some shackles or maby 3 inchsprings or add a leafs front and rear your could clear 35's with a lil rubbin or just hack the fenders and bed.
Lots of ways too clear them i guess your trying too go the cheapest way possible like most of us so a body lift would prob be cheaper and you wont have the problems with steering with the rear springs on front.
Good luck

If you didn't make it, and it ain't broke, you didn't try hard enough.
