havent seen a thread for just the early body tacos, so here it is
95 tacoma 5" revtek/bilstein detroit locked 9" with drilled and slotted rotors front and back, 8000# mile marker winch, 16" crager crawlers, too much other crap to mention
96 t100 2wd (soon to be sasd i hope) - dead
85 efi 4runner

i feel so naked,  :think: i need a marlin sticker!

as soon as baldwookie has the $$  i'll be coming up there (Scranton) with his new engine,  we can  have a little wrench a thon  and i'll bring my camera :thumbs:



btw  i didnt think the taco body style changed till 2000 :dunno:

95-97 had a differnet grill, then there was the 97-00 style and 01-04. the later also had different taillights

ok, so  small changes to identify years  but  basic body was the same till 01  :thumbs:

actually, it was 95.5 - 97, then 98 - 2000, then 01- 04
95.5 - 97 = you used to be able to get a v-6 in a reg cab.
98 - 2000 = no more v-6 in the reg cab. headlights and grill differences, plus the prerunner came out then.
01- 04= yet another new grill and headlight combo, taillights were a bit different and some interior differences. mainly door panels.

all the bodies were basically the same 95-04. toyota just kept changing the grill/lights and then eventually the hood in 01. ya tacota is correct. 95-97,98-00,01-04.

yea im gonna try to pick up that block and head for that 83 (and hopefully a grill and maybe a bed lol shes got a little rust) thursday when im off and get that to the machine shop, holler at me when you come this way, ill pm you my number.  i bought those chevy park lenses for 13 bucks on ebay, put my blinker in oneside and a fog light in the other, that way theyre cheap when i knock em out lol

maybe its not ive never noticed that its a 6 bolt and it has lock outs, how did i miss that???
