Red Lake this weekend

Heading up Friday night, camp in the flats. Roll through to Strawberry then to Red camp there and chill..... All weekend trip last one of the season come if you choose. First snow possible, oh yeah.

if the wife would let me, i would go, gas is cheap enough now. i have only wheeled swap up on that side. i stay more on the bass lake side of the mtns

I would call and check first. There was a sign stapled on the board with the maps at the sand flats that said all trails will be closed Nov 1st, that's Sat.

Nov. 1st every year as far as I know.

Yup, every trail is officially closed as of Nov. 1st. Bald is the only year round trail and it is cut in half on the 1st.

I will be @ Red Saturday morning and heading out Sunday.

Don't worry there is no law breaking, the trail won't be CLOSED completely till the weekdays. The weekend is open still, we are closing the trail with a crew. It is 100% legal. If you want to roll lets go.

Lucky was givin me some crap cause his junk is broke and he can't roll with us, oh poor little Lucky. I bet that knuckle is super strong. Too bad on the super birf he blew though.

I'm pretty new to wheeling and would like to help close a trail but I cant leave fresno till two or three on saturday so Im probably not gonna be able to go, the last weekend before everything except bald is closed
