offer him 5k.  i bet he will take it.  you cant build it for that much, plus the truck is in really good condition as far as rust goes.    being in seattle i would deffinately check the frame for rust and make sure the body hasnt just been filled with bondo and repainted.

i guess i just dont understand why nobody will ever pay even close to what a vehicle might be worth.  obviously the guy selling it knows that it is a clean truck and he is trying to make a few bucks off it. after all that is the point of selling something right?   not everyone wants to give there stuff away!  its like my truck that i have for sale right now, it would take 10k to built it and people think they have to offer me 4k for it!  what the hell! thats a slap in the face!

That truck is only worth maybe 4k WA  He'll probably get 5k out of it from some rich kids parents but thats about it.....  Yea its got some parts in it but you can get a much nicer 3rd gen truck sas'ed for that kind of money.

no i havent bought it.   i think im gonna look around and search some more cause the guy has had the truck on there for a while and has lowered his price many times so ill just wait it out. i want a 3rd gen ex. cab so im gonna wait for one to come around and keep my eye on this one.

thats a clean looking truck, i would get it if i had that kind of $, one thing though, not a fan of the 4" pro comp lift, i have one.... for $5500 i would want a lot more...... i would say offer him $4k-4.5k
