i was on my way home today and all of a sudden it felt like i was in 4 wheel when i turned. i drive a 1985 sr5 i do not have a high steer kit. i checked my power steering fluid, checked if hubs were free, checked transfer case, and everything is fine. im asuming its my power steering pump, any ideas

Just because the hub says free doesn't mean it is, there are ears on the ring if those ears get bent back from turning from open to lock a lot they will say you are free but are really locked.

Have somone drive it and see if the front shaft spins
