I got so new stuff to help keep all the fluids in my truck and not on the ground. And also some HD seals and a solid pinion spacer to go with the 5.29s that are being put the diffs.

Here are the imfamous HD Inner Axle Seals. Im sure they wont dissapont I hate having to tear down the front end to fix that leak.

And the HD Pinion Seals and solid spacer to go along. Im already running the solid spacers and constant pinion preload.

My steering shaft was feeling a little sloppy so i asked for some input on what i could do and ofcourse someone came throught. Thanks Mike (Mnmstoy). So I took the shaft out drilled out the plastic pins and soaked it in WD-40 and then started beating it. Adjusted it to where I needed. So this morning I took it to work stuck it into the slovent tank, then off to the bead blaster, and finally the welder to close up the holes and put a couple of tack welds near the slip point on the two pieces. Ill paint it this weekend.

Finally got the locker and the 5.29s together. When i pull my front diff out i found that the drivers side lock ring on the spindle came loose and the wheel bearings were backing out. It back out enough to take out the last couple threads on the spindle so i had to get a new one. With the down time i clean my hubs and painted the outer ring. Also painted up the spindles. Going to replace the front inner axle seals and the rear ones with the HD seals. Heres a couples of new pictures.

In the picture there are 3 different treads and rattle can red chrome rims but they are just a spare set that Chris had in his backyard. Now its on some :bling:  :bling: chrome rims and 35 MTRs. Ill get a new picture up soon when its not raining.

No more wheelin in the mud for me too much to clean up after. I took automotive with chassis fab and hi performance engines. they dont offer the chassis fab and hi po engines anymore. i was in the last class before they split it into 2 class chassis fab and engine building or something like that. All the thing you heard are true its a big scam. It took me 5 months to find a good job. They dont even try to help you find a job at all they just mail you some bull :pokinit: about a job somewhere in your state most of the time it wasnt even close to where i live.  As it turns out now i work in the Diesel industry. I knew nothing walking in the door but they need someone, so they were willing to teach me. Its all up to you but. I say f@#& wyotech!!!!!!!!! now im 25k in debt. so think about that before you want to invest that kinda money and time. My advise take classes in high school like i did and you will learn everything you do in wyo. I think the best way to learn anything automotive is to do it hands on. You flopp up and then you learn but you wont make that same mistake again right? Thats my  :twocents:. If you want to know anything thing else just ask.

Update havent put up anything in a while.

4/09- One of the past weekends i cut and rolled my rear axle to get rid of a vibration at 30-40mph. Another reminder of why you shouldnt get 6" springs. It messes up all the angles. I clocked it up 10 degrees and problem solved i also added some 3 hole perches when i did it.

4/21/09- Fixed the tranny leak from the shifter shaft seal. Thanks to Marlin for the fast parts and also let me borrow his tools to remove and install the seal with out damaging the shaft or seal itself.

Working on the front now trying to get the pinion angle all set up so i can wheel this thing.

Just got my hands on a HP 3rd from Aaron (thanks again). Time to gear it up an get my truck back out on the trail again.

Also added a front and rear sets of 1.5 Wheel spacers to clear the rear spring clamp (the things that hold the spring packs together so the don't slide off the the side).

Dam its been a while since i did an update. A lot has happened since then. Here we go bucket seats and 5 points. All Pro T-Case parking brake. High Pinion front diff with GG 5.29s, solid pinion spacer, Marlin HD pinion seal and triple drilled flange. Steering stablizer installed. Also going to cure the front axle from leaking again with some Marlin HD inner axle seal. Getting rid of the that junk that was in there. (Look at the difference is amazing the other seals even work.)
