little bit o work tonight:
got the back support welded in for the seat area

all thats left is to make the bed floor behind where the seat goes and cut down the tailgate to fit

little more:

still need to cut the tailgate and the rear pan (to mount tailgate) and add a d-shaft tunnel right behind the cab, d- shaft will hit new lowered floor under full stuff (at least it looks that way)
