I wanted to watch it but I cut back my Dish package to save some $$ and HBO was one of the channels that got axed :(

The show is ok, it would be great for someone that has never been to Iraq or been in the military, but there is alot of errors in the show, they do alot of things incorrect, I am not sure if they write some of the realism out of the show so as not to give off our tactics or if their advisers are just pogs.

i can see that... i understand where you come from with that... my dad gets that way when it comes to war movies and firefighting movies... he was in the Marines back in his day, went to nam and when he got discharged he went back to firefighting for another 32 years... he is always pointing out errors when it comes to shows/movies like that

I like it, i guess a couple of the guys that are in the show are actual military guys that were in the war.

i watched the whole series.  it was pretty cool.  most of the stuff i believe was based on actual events.  the reporter who was there in the war (not in the show) wrote the series.

that would be interesting to experience first hand
