Just finished running the whole Dusy-Ershim. . . . It was awesome!

We wheeled all Monday until we reached the top of Thomson Hill and camped at Thomson Lake. Then next day we wheeled all day to Ershim Lake. We camped there three nights. The lake is beautiful and great for fishing and Kayaking. . . . After that we wheeled all day out of the Kaiser Pass side. The view was great . . .

Here are some pics. . .

Here I am parked at the top of Chicken rock with some boys I brought from church. . . . .

Here's the view from the top of Chicken rock . . .

On the way in we passed by several nice creek crossings with stone or log bridges. . . .

Heading up Thomson Hill made for several fun places to flex . . .

Here's a group of us that took some pictures in an open field that the trail passes through . . .

View of Ershim Lake . . .

My favorite part of the whole trail for flexing. . . .

Some videos I made . . .

I also taught him how to put in 5min of hard work and then spend 15min staring and admiring what you have done...

I'm so jealous, I missed the Dusy a couple years ago by one week!  We ended up doing Coyote instead.  One day I will get to do the Dusy.

I love your Taco!

Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!

I saw your group heading up to Dusy just ouside of Shaver Lake on the morning of 8-11. We were in our family mobile with the boat in tow. I remember saying to my wife "Wow, nice Taco" and she had no idea what I was talking about.
