top shift to forward shift switch

alright guys heres the deal, i sold my geared transfer case to a buddy for money and a stock tcase, heres the problem my case was a forward shift and his is a top shift how do we switch these so he can run my tcase and i can run his

Swap gears.

Then both of you have a chance to inspect the cases and gears before sealing the deal and you can check your seals and bearings.

I think that in order to change top shift to forward shift you need to cut rods and fab some stuff, I don´t think its a unbolt and bolt on affair. But I´ve never opened my case so I don´t know for sure.

I´m sure Marlin or his gear techs would know for sure and can teach you many tricks to make the cases better too.
