Topic: Need a good running 3.0 3VZ-E -- complete or longblock

My best friend, TURBO, recently blew up his 1989 3.0 for the last time. His motor has been on it's last leg for over a year and we are surprised it even made it this far.


Nonetheless, in order for TURBO to make it to the Round Up next month, he's gonna need a replacement engine, like yesterday.


So if you live in or near the Fresno area, please let me know. We are willing to drive anywhere within a 100 mile radius to Fresno to pick it up.


Please let me know if you or someone you know has a good running 3.0 complete or a good bottom end (all of TURBO's accessories and components are in good shape, just his bottom end is shot).

i think there might be one at the junk yard up here bigmike. its super clean and everything. i havent been there in a few weeks but at one point i was looking for a PS pump and saw that already pulled where all the motors are at that sit inside. it was real clean. im going there tomorrow for a friend to find some fenders. if its there ill find out all the specs/price and let you know.
