I don't know what you mean by that, but they are classic cafe grips.  VERY comfy.  They are nice and squishy.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Yes and yes.

The engine needs to be cleaned up, but it is running fine so I am not gonna mess with it too much.  In order to accomodate the new rear suspension I am goinna mount I will need to build a new exhaust, expansion chamber and all.

:ack:  that whole expansion chamber thing is kind of a science, what kinda guidelines are you gonna follow?

I am not too concerned about a super performance chamber as this is a 20 hp bike on the street.  I  figure, like duffil said, I can probably do better than the horrific OEM design on there right now.  I am going to tune it for peak response at lower RPM to make it a better street bike.  I don't need to rev it to 14 grand goind to work on 40 mph streets.  The plan is a longer than stock head pipe connecting to a gentle tapering ROUND (stock is like square/oval molded = bad) expansion cone.  The cone will have a matching diameter conversion cone that is 1/4 to 1/3 the length of the expansion cone.  Largest diameter of the chamber will be around 4 inches.  The converging cone has to drop down to a 1.25 inch exit pipe bout 2 inches long and then into the muffler/silencer of my choice.  Preferably something large and quieter than stock.
