V6 wont start problems

My buddy has a 91 v6 toy, he was driving alone and wires from where the stereo goes touched and the truck quite on him. It turns over fine put sounds like its not getting any fuel. I checked for blown fuses but came up empty handed. I was thinking he might have fired the computer.
Anybody have any other suggestions

did you check the fuses in both the kick panel, and under the hood?
