The guy who built that red toy must be a idiot, you want your links to be as flat as posible and he makes a braket to mount the uppers way up there

Good point red. As his suspension loads, his wheelbase will increase. I bet this has a negitive effect on traction, especially uphill.

It should not be all that bad.With no bed and all..The springs will flex out of place,,the shocks would be my biggest worry due to the movment of the rearend as it loads.like you said wheel base will get longer,I would not want my shocks bent from the movement back,or having to replace shock bushings all the time..but looks like its an easy fix...

It seems to me the guy didnt really know what he was doing and mounted the links as high as posible for more clearance:smack:

ypu what your links as flat as posible even if it sacrafices clearance.
Of cource you shoulnd go build brackets that stick a foot down from the frame for flat links:smack: I just dont see why he went out of his way to make them way up there:dunno:

Bandwidth and storage space cost $$$. Pics eat that stuff up. I bet the server got a workout loading all the pics every time someone clicked this thread.

Actually you can! (this is the second time someone asked me this ??) At the bottom of the Posting page, just below the text field and above the Submit and Preview buttons, their is a link that says "Additional Options..." Click on that and it will open more options that include attachments.

Actually our new server allows about 10 times more bandwidth and storage space than our old server (that's why we had to shut down the board for a couple of days - because our site out grew our old server)
