when I got married at 6'3" 220 I had a bmi of 25 and was "35 lbs" over weight but only had a bf%of 7 which is technically getting too low and ill advised to be any smaller...  that shows me how scewed bmi and"typical" size is...
Life is too short!!!   Do something with it!!!

uuuu... I am 6f tall and 165 pounds....  :down: I  am pretty fit tho.

doesn´t anyone have somesort of a chart to compare. I have always felt to tiny.
4runner body on a hilux frame = Hi-Runner.

gathering parts for my goal which is

22 and single, 6'4'' and 200lbs, 36'' waist (I feel like a light weight right now). When I was playing sports I was 230lbs and had a 34'' waist. No girlfriend but the ones I know can't really cook anyway so I don't know what that would change.

I think its just that you've got more commitments, responsibilities, time constraints, and suddenly you can't do everything you want to do, whenever you want to do it.  Cooking definitely helps though :gap:
