Search button is your friend.

TG springs have mixed reviews, I've heard of many sets sagging very quickly.

your new here  so  before i explode,  i will  tell you,

Trailgear  was born  out  of  a botched business deal,  Marlin was going to be merged  and  it  went bad,  cause  somebody  who now  works  for trailgear did his best to steal MarlinCrawler Inc  from Marlin  the man.

so  to answer your question YES  many have tried it,  I for one  would burn my truck to the ground before i used a TG anything,

the ir  springs  are made from chinese steel  thats  known to sag,

Marlin springs are made from USA steel by a USA company, thats why they are a bit more expensive

You get what you pay for

I am backing this statement 100%... if TG crap gets near my truck, down to the ground it goes.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

I picked up an '85 runner a few weeks ago that already had TG springs on it front and rear.  The fronts have already sagged to the point that it looks like a stink bug and the rears are so stiff it rides worse than my 3/4 ton Dodge...  My opinion?  TG springs suck like CG!

Pretty much.  In this business, you usually get what you pay for, and customr service also ranks up there.  Marlin will bend over backward to help people with problems, and his stuff is top notch.

Is it possible to have the forum spell check change "Trail Gear" or other references into a hot link to the story Glen tells?
