Do a mild pre-runner setup.  Do a 3" spindle drop and a 1 or 2" body lift, and you can get some 30" tires under there easy with plenty of clearance. 

A 3" body lift will clear you 235/75-15's.

Look into a upper A arm drop, crank the t-bars, and a add a leaf.  Won't break the bank and you can take it all out if you don't like it!  And still get really good mileage out of it.

Ditch everything but the frame and body.
Drop a new 4.0 with a turbo in under the hood
diamond ale rear, linked
total chaos front end.
then go BAJA the hell out of it.

you'd be at about 250hp and 3500lbs of truck
